Hi this is Nicola "The Piedmont Boy". This is my personal project that  offers you the opportunity to discover local excellence through exclusive wine tours, private dinners or cooking class tailored to your tastes. Based in Asti, the town where I was born and raised in the heart of Piedmont, this project is aimed primarily at an international clientele looking for authentic and refined experiences. My private wine tours will take you to discover the most authentic wineries and producer in the region, where you will have the opportunity to taste famous wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Asti or Roero, but also hidden gems like Grignolino, Freisa and Pelaverga. I will be happy to guide you through personalized tastings, telling you the history and characteristics of each wine. But that's not all: in addition to wine tours, I also organize private dinners, food and cheese tours and gastronomic adventures in collaborations with some of the best local chef, farmers and artisanal producers.
